Give me a complicated subject, too much information, or a blank page. I find the important part, work out who needs to understand it, and build the clearest way to communicate it.

Writing, editing, proposals, presentations, communication strategy, data storytelling, and multimedia.

I make it work.

I love to take a messy process, disappear into my little hole and come back with a system.

I design workflows, coordinate projects and stakeholders, organize information, build useful tools and templates, and look for the small changes that make work considerably less annoying.

I make it teachable.

Knowing how something works is only useful if you can pass that knowledge on.

I turn expertise into training, documentation, onboarding, guides, and reusable resources that help people understand what to do, why they're doing it, and eventually do it without me.
